Question : Problem: IBM eServer 360 Power Supply Failure Lights Unable to Boot

I have a production server IBM eServer 360 that is showqing all three power supplies have failed.  I have reseated the power supllies AND replaced all three powersupplies to no avail.

Ethernet light is lite
Power Supplies are lite with fans running

Poer button and reset button will not restart or power down the server.

Is this a motherboard issue?

What else can I do?
