try go to Printers And Faxes...
-> then go to File -> Server Prob.
-> choose Drivers
-> Mark the driver you want to uninstall and click Remove.
If you're not able to remove it - the stop and start the Print Spooler - and try to remove the driver again.
But before you do all this - remember to delete the printer from Printers And Faxes (if you have not already done that).
