Question : Problem: Blackberry calendar not syncing.

Dear  Experts,
I have a BES installation however the contacts & Calendars are not syncing.  Email sync is working fine.
On the blackberry manager the "wireless Calendar sync" is shown as disabled.
Have checked the cdo.dll & mapi32.dll files on both the exchange server and the BES server and they are the same versions.
Haave checked that the IT policy is correct as well.
I am told that the sync used to work before the BES installation was put on a new server.
Details of the server are as follows
BES  4.1.5.31
Exchange 2003

Any help on resolving this would be great
