Question : Problem: Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro 2030 Memory Compatability

I have an Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro 2030 Laptop computer that takes up to 2Gb of PC2-4200 CL4 memory, I have some spare SO-DIMM memory that is PC2-5300, is this memory backwards compatible and will it deffinatly work with the laptop with no issues?
