Question : Problem: Printing to HP Officejet 6100 causes PC to shut down

Printing to an HP Officejet 6100 intermittently causes the computer to shut down. Is this a problem with RAM?
Dell PC, Windows  XP

Sounds like a bad or corrupted driver.  Either way, download and install the latest from HP.
