Question : Problem: Not able to scan legal size doc's

Brother MFC9700 not able to scan legal size documents. Latest driver installed, the drop down does not even list Legal Size as an option

What paper size is set on the hardware and what is set in Device Settings in the MFC's properties on the PC?
Have you tried setting a custom size of 8.5" x 14"?
