Question : Problem: Missing Scanner Dll

When I try to use my scanner (Plustek 9636P) I get the message 'Scanner DLL Not Found. I'm not that knowledgeable about computers so please help!

i think you need to search your dll driver
a name of scanner dll must appear
go to microsot.com and search
download and install in the plustek file
reboot and try
