Hi recently bought a new Pc with Following Spec:-
CPU :- Athlon64-X2(4800+)2.4Ghz
M/B :- Asus M2N-MX SE
Ram:- Kingston 1Gb PC5300/DDR2-667
HDD:- 160Gb Seagate Serial ATA (NCQ) Hard Disk.
45 days ago and windows is very often crashing (XP Pro). The windows kept on restarting and I'm getting disk consistency error and finally all the time i had to format & re-install the who;e stuff. This was happend almost 4 times already. What would be the cause? AMD processor that model have any problem or any other thing. How to solve this?

Answer : Problem: AMD Cpu & ASUS Board crashes window very often

my way of troubleshooting these very intermittent problems, is replacing a device, and let it run; if it still happens, replace another part.
I would start by replacing these :
power supply, video card, ram  (if video card is onboard, disable that one, and install another one - even a pci one)
