Question : Problem: Laptop won't boot normally but does in safe mode

i have a laptop that won't boot in normal mode.  It displays the windows loading screen after booting up and then it goes away asafe nd the screen just remains black.

Sounds like a video card error to me.  Try uninstalling the video drivers and letting the O/S install the standard VGA and see if it will display.
