Question : Problem: Unable to Print Excel, Test Pages Print Blank Sheets

Using a Toshiba Laptop and connecting to a HP Photosmart C6180, connection is not a problem but unable to print test pages (blank) Wireless Settings Page (Blank) or MS Excel (also Blank).

All other prints are fine, internet outlook etc etc

Have uninstalled and reinstalled driver software with HP Tool and also from the downloaded software.

Please Help!
