Question : Problem: Problems with Exchange 2007 and Apple Iphone
Some background on the issue. We used to run a SBS 2003 server with Exchange 2003 SP2, we were able to sync our iPhones using the following settings.
e-mail:
@
username:
password:
We would then get a prompt asking for the server name which was entered as
Now we have migrated to 2007 Exchange. We can access OWA without problems, however when we try to connect the phones to the server, we get a Verification Failed. If we enter the wrong password, it reprompts, so we know it's communicating with the server in some way.
A snippet from our IIS logs for the connection is the following
2008-07-30 15:22:09 W3SVC1 10.0.0.2 OPTIONS /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSy
nc/default
.eas - 443 cdeal 166.190.255.214 Apple-iPhone/501.345 200 0 0
Any help is appreciated, this is the only remaining issue left in the migration. Thanks!
Answer : Problem: Problems with Exchange 2007 and Apple Iphone
Anyways, managed to fix the issue by recreating the VD for Activesync. Now the only issue is the slow push 15-30min. But in any case the issue is resolved.
