Yes, you would need to know the incoming mail server at the very least, and either their outgoing server or some other outgoing server. You may also need the port number if they have changed from the defaults.
If they used standard settings, then their pop server would be pop.companywebsite.com or mail.companywebsite.com, maybe host.companywebsite.com, with a port number of 110 or 995 (with SSL encryption).
If you already have an email account on your iphone, it should default to using the existing accounts outgoing server. If not, you can try to use smtp.companywebsite.com to send mail through your company, but I would at least try to get the incoming mail to work before trying too hard to set up sending mail.
