Hello Rhazza,
The "kbdclass.sys" is a driver for a Logitech keyboard. It seems to be related to the Itouch and Mouseware software. Since you're not using a logitech keyboard, this driver must be conflicting with the one from Compaq.
Here's my recommendation:
1) Boot into safe mode. 2) Go into start > settings > add/remove programs and check and see if ITouch or Mouseware is there. If they are, remove them. 3) Go back to the device manager and find the entries for the keyboard. Right-click on the kdbclass.sys and select delete. Right click on the 101/102 keyboard setting and delete it too. 4) Now reboot the system, log in under an administrator account and the keyboard should automatically be detected. 5) You should now have functionality to the keyboard. To enable the special keys and other specific Compaq functions, reinstall the Compaq driver you mentioned.
Good luck.
