About one tablespoon of juice was spilled on our Toshiba laptop. We cleanup the external area affected but now the k, l, o, p are not working properly. When you press those keys different letter appear. What should be do next? We looked at the expert answers for spilled pop and water but our issues are a little different. Also the delete key sticks and and backspace key doesn't work at all.

You can try removing the keyboard from the rest of the PC completely. Also, normally you can remove the keycaps from the keyboard (be carefull not to break the caps, and also make a picture or drawing, so you will know how the keys were distributed). Then wash the caps with warm water and let the dry. Also wash the keyboard with warm water, then use a hairdryer to dry it. Leave it out of the PC for 2 or 3 days to make sure it is really dry, then replace everything.
Good luck.
