Question : Problem: PC keeps rebooting

My PC keeps rebooting.  The first problem was a battery problem and I replaced the battery and now it keeps rebooting.  Windows will come up in safe mode and not reboot, but in normal start-up the system reboots itself over and over again.  Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

What brand is it?  Most manuf have a diagnostics cd you can boot to and test the differnet components.  I would see if you can find this disk and test your memory.
