Question : Problem: Change BIOS splash screen on bootup

I want to change the BIOS spash screen to my own image or logo. So its the first thing you see when you turn the computer on. Is this possible? Does it just depend on the make of the bios? or is there a program that can do it for all bios. Im using mostly MSI motherboards.
