Question : Problem: compaq recovery cd error after new hard disk installed

After installing a new  hard drive in compaq pres 5009sr i am unable to run the recovery cd to reinstall all factory software.
when you boot off the recovery cd you get an error. Compaq recovery cd error. Contact compaq technical support.
