Question : Problem: How can I remove program in Windows Server 2008?

I have Windows Server 2008 (64) as a domain controller in a small research group. We need to remove a program. The Control Panel is "empty" and I can't find "Programs and Features" suggested by Help. There is no uninstall option on the software. How can I remove this program? Thanks.
