Question : Problem: Is this Acer Ferrari 3200 motherboard interchangeable with my Acer Ferrari 3400 motherboard?

I need to replace the motherboard in my Acer Ferrari 3400LMi.  I've found a halfway-decent deal on an Acer Ferrari 3200 Z15 AMD motherboard (31Z15MB0016).  Can anybody tell me whether this motherboard will suit my needs, or point me in the direction of resources that might help me figure it out?

The only difference between the 3400 & 3200 are the CPU's and the port-replication port, everything else are 100% identical.

So, your laptop has port replicator, and 3200 doesn't have it, so you can put MBO in the 3400 (because 3200 doesn't have port replicator connector). Otherwise, if you try put 3400 MBO in 3200 case, you will have a problem because of port replicator connector, 3200 model doesn't have a hole :)
