Question : Problem: Connect to a VPn with a script

Hi

I need to create a script to automatic connect to a VPN.
I need this script automatic connect to the VPN, map a drive and copy some files to that drive and disconnect the VPN

Mapping the drive and copy i think is easy, but how can i connect automatic connect(with user/pass and domain etc) to the VPN Server??

I know that the RSDIAL do this. But i cant use it.
What are the specifications to work with?? Is another way??
I will send this script to all of my outside offices and the users will run every week this script. So the script must have the right commands to work in all the network, regardless the user.

I will create a user just to work with this, and use it on the script to all the users

Can any one give me some hints??
