Question : Problem: Computer does not start at all, makes beeping sounds

Hello, My computer just went dead, here's the situation:

The power turns on just like normal, all fans are spinning
The monitor does not turn on at all, keeps at sleeping state.  (I tried with 2 difference monitors)
The computer beeps for about 5 seconds, then stop for 2 seconds, then beeps again, and it goes on and on like that.

I have tried with a different Video Card, different RAM, different Monitor, but it did not make any difference.  It might be the motherboard?

If it beeps, there is hope. Without knowing whatPC you have and what exactly the beeps are, I ask you to check out http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm that gives you the beep codes of most BIOSs.
