Question : Problem: Windows error message, "Insufficient windows resources exist to complete the API"

I put my computer to sleep at night. When I arrive in the morning, I find it is already turned on (WHY?) ... and there is a little error-message box by the taskbar that reads: "Insufficient windows resources exist to complete the API" What could be causing this?
