Question : Problem: How do I add USB ports into Printer Ports?

Trying to install HP1320. using USB.  It installs toport DOT4_001 and won't print anything.  I've tried multiple USB ports and am using a new USB cable.  I've seen the issue on the internet in other forums but don't know how to fix it.  I need this doen ASAP.  Any help is apprecitaed.

Running out of time so i just installed a parallel port.  Thanks for all the help.
