Question : Problem: Certain Blackberry calendar items won't transfer to Outlook during sync.

We have a user trying to synchronize her blackberry with Outlook 2003 through Blackberry Desktop.  Today she tried to synchronize and it removed a few future items from her Outlook calendar that are still remaining on her blackberry.  These items now refuse to copy back over to outlook, even though they are still on the device.  However, newly created items work just fine.  I have tried removing the outlook calendar and forcing a device -> outlook synchronization and checking the "replace all data" box with no change.  The items still would not copy over.  They are not marked as private on the device.  

Does anyone have any ideas on why these few items may not be copying over?

Answer : Problem: Certain Blackberry calendar items won't transfer to Outlook during sync.

Hi, using BlackBerry Desktop Manager go into Backup and Restore and perform a device backup.  Once this is done still within Backup and Restore select the Advanced menu, now in the right window select Calendar and Calendar - All and press the Clear button at the bottom of the window.  Once the device calendar has been wiped perform a synchronization and it will transfer a fresh copy of the calendar to the device.
