Question : Problem: Quieting Fans
I currently have a reasonably loud whining sound coming from the cooling fans and power supply in my computer. I have two generic case fans in an Apex Full-tower case with an AMD Athlon XP 1700+ and this coolmaster heatsink. What would be a reasonibly cheap (preferibly under $50) way of quieting this down?

Answer : Problem: Quieting Fans
That's even worse, because the 150F will be the temperature at no load on the CPU! Still, if you reckon you're having no problems due to the temperature, don't worry about it.
