Question : Problem: how to determine make/model/specs of pc's on domain?

i need to determine the make/model/specs of all our pc's on our domain.  is there any software out there that scan our subnet or AD and determine this?

There suite has an inventory tool that will scan your network.  They offer a free trial and I find them to be very good.
