Question : Problem: Certificate install

I have a motorola Q phone and I am able to install the  Certificate that I download from a corporate website to my laptop and sync to my Q phone install it and setup my e-mail. I am able receive my e-mails and I was able to help others and go it working.

The Problem:
Remote users who call me and only access they sometime is their Qphone. I give them the website address when they access the website from their Q phone and try to download the certificate it shows garbage. Basically it tries to open the file rather giving the option to save it and then install it. Works fine from the laptop but not from Q phone.

Any ideas?
Thanks for your time and help

Answer : Problem: Certificate install

You have to export the certificate in DER format as a .cer file from the website.  You can do this from a web-browser on a Windows XP or Vista OS machine, but not in the IE on the Q mobile phone.  If you have the .cer certificate file already exported, the best method to get it on to the phone would be to e-mail it to the users, then have users save the attachment to their PCs, then connect their phone to their PCs and open activesync to explore the phone and copy it that way.  Then you can click on it on the phone to install it.
