Question : Problem: Restoring Exchange 2003 inbox

I need to restore an individual mailbox.  I drill down in the ArcServe Backup UI to the date I need.  Then I am able to go to Session 003:\\server\dbaexchis\First Storage Group  From there I see MailBox Store (servername) and Public Folder Store (servername).  I am unable to get any further down even though there is a + sign next tot the First Storage Group Label.  How do I get to the one inbox that I need to restore?

This isn't my system, I'm just trying to help out a friend....I feel like such a n00b on this system.

Depends on the exact circumstances, but there are a few ways to recover an individual mailbox.

Method 1 would be the easiest, but if the retention period for deleted mailboxes has already expired and you only have the backup to work off of, you will need method 3.
