Question : Problem: RAM stickers and heat spreaders

I am putting heat spreaders on my RAM chips. Should I take off the description stickers?  The instructional pictures show the girl putting them on with the stickers still on.  Are the stickers themselves made of heat absorbing material?

"stickers themselves made of heat absorbing material?", no it is not.
However, leave it there is not only no harm but it helps ID the component later when needed.

If you like decreasing the heat, add more fans.
