Question : Problem: Acer 300F Drivers needed

I've recently been given an AcerScan 300F but am unable to find drivers for Windows 2000.

A working URL or an email with attachment will earn the 200 points.

The only drivers listed for the 300F are win 95/98/NT.

Digging further into the Acer site I found this, it could be sort of bad news if you use scsi - you may have to buy a new scsi card.

My scanner won't work after I upgraded my computer to Windows 2000

Solution:
For SCSI models that use ACARD or Adaptec ASPI compatible SCSI card, printer port and USB model scanners, please upgrade your scanner driver from our driver download page at http://www.acercm.com/drivers/imaging_drivers.html. If you already have the upgrade or a higher version, please read the other troubleshooting items.

For older models 300F, 610plus, 310S and 610S came with ISA DTC SCSI card which will not be supported under Windows 2000. If you have to use one of these scanners with Windows 2000, you can use Adaptec SCSI card and download the Windows 2000 driver for 620S from our web (choose 620S during the installation).
