Question : Problem: Paper will not pull from TRAY 1 automatically

Paper will not pull from TRAY 1 automatically. User must push button to get paper to pull thru - was not this way before.
How can we fix?

Answer : Problem: Paper will not pull from TRAY 1 automatically

You need to go into setting on the printer menu and set manual feed prompt to "unless loaded". It is probably set to always now.

If that is not it then you need to set the paper size and type for tray one to match what you are requesting. You could set it to 'any size' and 'any type' then it pick tray one when requested no matter what paper is requested by the job. That setting may however make it select tray one always until it is empty.
