Question : Problem: Remote Desktop Won't Connect

When I try to connect to my Server 2003 SP2 box via remote desktop I get the following error:

The client could not connect to the remote computer.
Remote connections might not be enabled or the computer might be too busy...

This also happens when I try to remote desktop from the server to itself.  Remote Desktop is installed and running.

firewall allowing it?  Even though it is installed, is it enabled?  RTclick my computer, manage, remote tab, and check the box.
