Hello, I have a client that has went and bought a COMPAQ C542EA laptop, as it was on sale, though he needs XP pro on it as opposed to Vista Home Premium. I have managed to install all the drivers apart from the sound card which most websites say is "Sound Blaster Pro Compatible" or Conexant High Def. I have tried downloading drivers from HPs website to no avail and have tried various drivers from other HP laptops or direct from manufacturers websites. Nothing!
Can anyone point me in the direction of the actual drivers??
