Question : Problem: problems with upgraded video card: HIS Radeon HD 3650

I wanted to run 2 monitors on my system. I upgraded the video card to a HIS Radeon HD 3650.
Now I'm having the following problems:
streaming video doesn't display correctly - very choppy
cpu usage is high
can't connect my iPOD - system crashes.
Disconnected one monitor, but still having problems.
Haven't tried connecting iPOD yet.

Check the error logs first off to see exactly what is crashing in windows. Right-Click My Computer->Manage->Event Viewer
Check the system log first then the application log next to get a general idea about what is going on. Let me know
