Question : Problem: Does anyone know of a PDA hardware diagnostics tool please?

Does anyone know if there is a tool to test the hardware on a PDA, something like PC Check or PC Doctor for PDAs?
I have been asked to test field engineers devices when they are returned to establish if there is actually a hardware fault, I dont need to be able to test sofware or the OS(Windows Mobile 5.0).
