Question : Problem: How to create aUSB flash drive bootable?

I would like to create a bootable Flash Drive from my Norton Ghost cd so can use the drive to boot from when flashing drives and rebuilding computers. I tried a few things, but with no luck.
Does somebody no how to go about this? A software rememdy does the Ghost software have the ability to do this?

Paragon Drive Backup 9.0 does create the bootable USB flash drives automatically via Recovery Media Builder wizard. I have reverted to it and never looked back.
