Question : Problem: HP 4100mfp with 13.32 paper jam error that will not clear

HP 4100mfp with 13.32 paper jam error that will not clear. We have called the service guy every 2 weeks when this happens, in 10 mins he fixes it. He says there is a bunch of sensors on the printer that need to be cleaned, seems 90 bucks per call, for 15 Min. job is too much. Can somebody please explain where the sensors are that i need to clean or better yet have a pic. This Printer has a single drawer. and no bypass tray.  TIA Bill

Were you able to see inside the built in cleanout assy that above the manual feed tray 1? This is somehwhat hidden until you know where to look. There is a bar that you remove above the tray 1 pickup roller,there is a green figure on it explaining to pull toward you. After removeal there are two ribs on the right side of the cleanout that rocks forward so you can see down inside the front of the printer. This is where the paper feed assy is and most likely where the jam is .  Take another look i will see if i can find a diagram.
