Question : Problem: RDP Logon Screen Not Saving the "Log on to" Field

I have one user who's RDP "Log on to" (Domain) field is blank everytime they log on. Is there a way to force the RDP logon to retain the Domain information?

you can use the following syntax in the username field

domainname\username and then save the RDP settings.

This way it will always logon with the domain info.
