Question : Problem: can't see ghost client from ghost server...
we are using Norton Ghost and I have a computer that I want to use for an image. However, even though I can ping from server to computer and computer to server, install the client from the server to the computer, I can't see it in the default group or under the network. The only place it's showing up is when I drill down to install the remote client from the ghost console. Otherwise this computer seems to be invisable.
we're using ghost 8.2.xxx on an XP machine and then XP without SP2 or updates on the machine to be imaged.
Can anyone tell me how to get the machine to show up in the folders in the ghost console so I can take an image of this computer?
