Question : Problem: Backup Exec 10 restore "authentication failed on connection to the server"

I am testing disaster recovery with my W2K3 SBS server and Backup Exec 10. I have followed the steps in
http://support.veritas.com/docs/243037 "How to perform a local recovery of an SBS".

I inventory & catalogue the media (backup tape) and select the C: disk to restore and keep getting prompted with a "Authentication failed on connection to the server" error as the restore begins. I have checked the password on the services and it all seems fine.

Anyone have any ideas what I can do next?
