Question : Problem: Creating a snapmirror from FilerA to FilerB error 1/3 of the way through.
I'm new at NetApps (today is my 1st day) and I'm trying to resolve an issue and don't even know where to start looking. I have FilerA that hosts data and filerB that will host Snapmirrors (for a DR scenario). When transferring a 1.2TB snap from my 3040 to my 2020, I get the following error (at around 400G)
Snapmirror error: transfer from source not possible; snapmirror may be misconfigured, the source volume may be busy or unavailable
Both filers are on the same LAN, both filers are up. I imagine I need to check FilerA, but not sure where to go or what to look for. I hate to sound so vague, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Answer : Problem: Creating a snapmirror from FilerA to FilerB error 1/3 of the way through.
They exist on both filers, accessible through filerview (snapmirror section). Both may contain different info.
