Question : Problem: Problem capturing an OSD image
|
|
Hello. I am experiencing an issue with OSD image capture. Any help would be appreciated.
I followed procedures to create my Image Capture CD. On my reference system, I set it up as needed. I removed it from the domain and ensured SMS was installed. I also copied sysprep over to c:.
After all of these items are completed, I log onto the system as the local administrator and place my Image Capture CD in. I see the sysprep hourglass appear and the system shuts down. I turn the system back on and boot from the CD. It brings up information about starting WinPE and then I receive an error message. The message is below.
An error occurred while capturing the image (error code: 3). You must first run the image capture wizard in the full operating system. Click ok to reboot the machine.
What am I missing in the process that is causing this problem? I have followed the documentation that I have and still receive this error message.
