Question : Problem: Wireless card shows red X in network connections   not connected

Purchased wireless Expresscard for M90 laptop,  downloaded newest drivers and still unable to get the thing to work.  Shows that it is not connected with a Red X in the network connection area.

So it could be a bad card ,can you take it back for another one or a USB one?
