Question : Problem: Can someone explain the output of Bonnie++ or point to good reference

I am looking for a reference that thoroughly explains the output of Bonnie++ so I know how to read the results. I believe I understand them, but I want to make sure I do.
I would also like to know more about using Bonnie++ to test multiple types of activity at once (synchronized semaphores I believe it is called).
Are there any tools that take the output from a cut/paste and reformats it so it is easier to read?
