Question : Problem: Installed Clean Version of XP and then lost 320 GB Drive

I have a system including the following components
1)      Motherboard ASUS P5P800  ATX - i865PE
2)      Boot Drive (IDE) Seagate ST360020A 60 GB
3)      2nd IDE Drive Maxtor DiamondMax 10 200 GB - ATA-133
4)      3rd SATA Drive WD RE WD3200SD 320 GB - SATA-150
Because of some software difficulties, I decided to go for a clean XP installation. I have quick formatted the Boot drive and installed XP, applied SP2 and downloaded and installed all the windows updates.  Unfortunately, the 3rd drive (SATA) is not working properly.  It can be seen by windows but believes it to be an unformatted drive.  (In fact there were 4 75 GB partitions on it before this exercise.)  I am hoping that someone can help me to reinstate the drive as it was.  If that cant be done, I would like to recover the files on it as they were not backed up anywhere.  (The 2nd drive was but that appeared after installing SP2.)
1)      Best solution I have missed a little bit of software that enables the 3rd drive to be seen in all its glory.
2)      Get all the data of the disc even if I have to purchase another drive to do it.
Help!!!!!!!!!
