Question : Problem: any difference between workgroup switch and a regular switch?

I looking to buy a switch and I found this one http://www.govconnection.com/IPA/Shop/Product/Detail.htm?sku=211215

But it says its a work group switch.  Is it a normal switch?  I need all those ports that it has.  Is that hat is workgroup about it?     Basically will it wor?

Answer : Problem: any difference between workgroup switch and a regular switch?

It is a regular switch.
Workgroup switch means that it is intended for use in the access level - meaning, the switch that the workstations connect to. As opposed for example a backbone switch which is intended to connect between several other switches.
