Question : Problem: HP 3015 WIA Driver

attempting to create a pdf through adobe and select the WIA for HP 3015 and get an error message:Adobe Acrobat: unknown system error in call to StartScan.  When I select the Twain HP 3015 everything works fine.  I'd rather the WIA b/c the scan quality is much clearer.  I can't find a solution online and wanted to know whether anyone had any thoughts.  Can't even find a way to reinstall the WIA driver.....any help would be great!
