Question : Problem: Scanner stopped scanning to email and folders

Just this week my Ricoh Aficio MP 3350 stopped scanning to email and folders.  I'm able to print to it, but can't ping it on the network.  And the Scanner won't send anything to email and folders anymore.  What would be the cause of this if, to the best of my knowledge, nothing has changed on the network, and what to do about it?

if you are pinging exactly for example 10.01.01.015 this may be your problem.  I have seen a rare case where if you ping with leading 0's in the IP you get strange results.  Try pinging without the leading 0.

ping 10.1.1.15
