Question : Problem: Watchguard firebox x750e core Port forwarding problem for incoming video phone

Watchguard problem? Is there something else that I need to do? I set up the recommended ports to allow the video phone service to work but when we call out or when clients calls come in they can see me but we can not see them, the screen is black, text is visible within the black screen but still no visual picture. Is there something else I need to do in addition to the port forwarding that will allow us to see the external client? This is a service for deaf people so being able to visually see each other is essential. This Is a visual service it does not have audio.
