Question : Problem: backing up my podcasts on itunes

I  want to be able to backup my podcast list in Itunes. I want to do this because i restore an image every 30 or so days.  Is there a way to back up my podcast only.  I want to manage my song manually.

Your podcast should all be in a folder named Podcasts in the main music folder.  This main folder is usually called iTunes Music.
